This post should guide you on how to deliver your package using the SafeBoda app.
How to deliver your package on the SafeBoda app
- Go to your Safeboda app and tap on Deliver Package(SafePosta) represented with a gift box having wings
- On the SEND screen tap SEND ORDER
- Add the delivery destination in the search box provided.
- Add recipient contact
- Type in the package details (type the exact details of what the rider is going to deliver for/to you).
- Type the delivery instructions and tap NEXT (describe what you want the SafeBoda to do as he reaches the delivery point).
- At this point, the app will automatically search for your location and mark it as the pick-up. However, if its not the actual pickup, tap the search icon and manually type in the exact location.
- The app will automatically fill in your account details as the sender; however, if it's not you, tap in the name and phone number section and you will manually add in the sender’s details.
- Type the pick-up instructions depending on what you want the rider to do as he comes to the pickup and tap NEXT.
- At this point you will be shown the trip fare which is fixed and only cashless. NB. If you do not have enough cashless, you can tap the deposit icon represented with the plus sign and deposit more.
- Place your order, or pair with the SafeBoda if he is there with you. The app will automatically match you to the nearest driver. You can call him by tapping on the call icon. You will be able to follow the delivery process until it is delivered. After this, you can then rate the SafeBoda.
