How to set your SafeBoda Wallet PIN
As a new user, you need to create a PIN that you will use. To do so:
- Go to My Account
- Tap Change Wallet PIN
- Input your new 4-digit PIN and confirm it by reentering.
- Confirm the PIN creation.
How to change your SafeBoda Wallet PIN
In the event that you share your SafeBoda Wallet PIN with someone else or find it no longer secure, you can easily change it to something new — that is secure.
To change your Wallet PIN:
- Go to My Account
- Tap Change Wallet PIN
- Enter the current PIN
- Input your new 4-digit PIN and confirm it by reentering.
- Confirm the PIN change.
Forgot your SafeBoda Wallet PIN?
If you forgot your SafeBoda Wallet PIN, Contact 0200502050 via phone call or WhatsApp text and provide information to prove that you are the account holder. Some of the key details needed include your Wallet balance, previous trips, email address, and your national ID information.
Once you submit these, you will be supported and have your PIN reset.
Tips on setting up a secure PIN
Make your PIN less easy to guess by avoiding obvious number combinations or sequences such as “1111,” “1234” or “9876”. Instead, a memorable date, such as a birthday or anniversary, can make a handy PIN.
