This October, we celebrate the International Customer Service Week under the theme; “The Power of Service!” From 4th to 8th October, 2021, we are showcasing the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.

From the SafeBoda customer success team are a number of Agents that rate ten out of ten and possess the power of service to excellence.

This is the part two of two, featuring the outstanding staff that have made it a point to keep SafeBoda customer and driver satisfaction at the very best. Check out Part I here!

Samuel Otile

Sam is a Customer Success Senior Associate that joined SafeBoda in August 2019 as a FinTech Intern. He has risen through the various sections of the Customer Success department while offering support to customers and SafeBoda drivers.

To him, quality work is all about always doing the best in offering services even though many still think that customer support fields are a no-brainer. Sam is instrumental in coordinating the customer success team and ensuring that SafeBoda offers top notch customer experience.

Miti Patrick Graham

Graham is a Call Centre Support Associate who joined SafeBoda in July 2019 as an intern with the FinTech Department. He has signed himself to the growth curve over the period from being a manual dispatch agent in the Support and Food & Shop departments to now playing vital reactive and proactive roles.

Among the things Graham wishes to accomplish in life include visiting the seven world wonders, getting a tattoo, as well as learning how to play the piano.

Merinah Mutesi

Merinah is a Senior Support Associate whose rise to the top at SafeBoda is equally unmatched since her days as a Support department intern in 2019. Her work as a Customer Support Associate through helpline, email, and social media support has sharpened her urge for customer satisfaction.

She is motivated by the lady-team-leaders and always ensures to leave each of her customers a ‘thank you’ or ‘bless you’ at the end of her service chats.

Nanyanzi Phiona

Phiona has been a Call Centre Support Associate in the Support department since January 2020. In her line of duty, she juggles between reporting the customer pain points as well as coordinating the team through tasks. This has grown her ability to do follow ups and make decisions.

Phiona believes that getting out of the comfort zone and having customer empathy are the keys to offering appropriate solutions. Her dream is to have Norway and Singapore stamps punched into her passport.
